We have a rare and unique opportunity for a part time Recruitment Resourcer to join our Retail Recruitment Team, here at Mitchells & Butlers on an initial 9-month fixed term contract/secondment.

Our much-loved pubs and restaurants stretch across the UK; therefore, we can be flexible with your location as this is a part time opportunity offering an overall two-day week.  Hitting the ground running, as Recruitment Resourcer, you will be working in a wider team of Retail Recruitment Managers to proactively approach skilled Kitchen Manager and Head Chef candidates who you will have identified for high priority pubs and restaurants vacancies across a range of locations, with a strong alignment to the South.

What will I be doing?

·     Proactively sourcing suitable Kitchen Manager and Head Chef candidates from CV databases, social media platforms, applicant tracking system talent banks, Linked In & employee referrals

·     Successfully generating and managing Kitchen Manager and Head Chef leads

·     Building a sound network of external talent suitable for current and future Kitchen Manager and Head Chef roles

·     Productively managing prospective candidates, understanding their current position and availability through a strong pre-screening practice

·     Delivering an engaging candidate experience and preparing external candidates for further hiring processes

·     Delivering to targets & objectives, with a clear focus on source to hire ratio

 

What do I need?

·       Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is desirable

·       Hospitality focused experience within the current climate in the South region, is highly desirable

·       Excellent verbal communication skills

·       Ability to build rapport quickly & develop working relationships with both candidates & internal stakeholders

·       Extremely self-motivated with a pro-active approach

·       Driven & determined to achieve targets & objectives

·       Ability to be able to successfully manage concurrent and multiple requirements
