We have an awesome opportunity (although we are kind of biased), for a creative individual to join our recruitment and attraction team, as a Talent Attraction Manager, a role that is brand new to our growing team. This is a 12 month FTC.
We’re sure you’ve heard recruitment is highly competitive right now. We’re looking for somebody to join us to help us share what’s great about working at Mitchells & Butlers. We’re a mobile team, stretching from Solihull to Sheffield. Much like our pubs, bars and restaurants, we’re happy for you to be located anywhere but we would need you to travel to the midlands a couple of times a week.

What will I be doing?
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of M&B Careers social channels in partnership with our social agency
- Be the gatekeeper of our Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition. Ensuring both are at the forefront of all attraction projects and maintained across all our digital platforms
- Take ownership of all new and existing photography and video content across recruitment digital and print platforms
- Deliver branding & design projects to support recruitment campaigns and brand requirements
- Own and write job adverts, blogs, and storytelling content
What do I need?
- Knowledge of Employer branding, candidate attraction and recruitment
- To be highly organised and able to work at pace with changing priorities
- Creative flair for copy writing, strong proofreading skills and a great eye for detail
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and social recruiting
- A love for hospitality because we’re all about good people, good food and good times
This is a mobile role where you will be based from home, with a couple of days travel to sites per week, in the Midlands area.
