M&Be YOURSELF
.
Be Yourself. Belong Here.
At M&B, Hospitality With Heart means creating places where everyone feels welcome - our guests and our people alike.
M&Be Yourself is our LGBTQ+ inclusion and allyship community, helping make sure every person feels seen, respected and supported to be themselves at work.
Whether you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, this is about creating spaces where people feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work, building friendships, supporting one another and celebrating individuality.
Because when people feel they belong, great hospitality happens naturally.
PRIDE AT M&B
We’re proud to be celebrating our 5th year supporting Birmingham Pride, standing alongside our hometown LGBTQ+ community. This year, we’ll also be supporting Cardiff and London Pride, celebrating inclusion, allyship and the importance of creating places where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
.
We’re creating places where everyone feels welcome, valued and comfortable being themselves - whether that’s in our pubs, bars and restaurants or behind the scenes with our teams.
We know belonging matters. That’s why we’re committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where people from all backgrounds, identities and experiences feel respected, supported and able to thrive.
.
We’re committed to keeping the conversation moving forward, with communities like M&Be Yourself helping shape what inclusion looks and feels like across M&B.
From Pride celebrations to everyday allyship, we’re continuing to listen, learn and build places where everyone feels they belong.
Making sure all our colleagues feel included, listened to and heard is what matters most and days like PRIDE bring that to life.
Our role is to create that safe space for our employees to be themselves, ask those questions you don't want to ask everyone, and really champion our LGBTQ+ employees
