Our central location is ideal for guests, in a prime location for tourism, shopping and leisure areas in Birmingham. We’re on the lookout for a truly adaptable General Manager to inspire and drive an engaged team, could that be you? WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS GENERAL MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Manage, coach and train your team
• Ensure our guests are cared for to the highest standards
• Have overall accountability for the hotel operation
• Maintain a high standard of ibis products and services at all times
• Provide excellent guest experiences
• Work towards achieving and excelling business targets

• Dedicate time to develop your team using our tailored development framework


WHAT DO I NEED?

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a General Manager in a high-volume branded hotel environment
• A passion for being a true ambassador for the ibis brand
• A key understanding of how to deliver exceptional guest service
• Experience sharing the bigger picture to inspire and empower your team
• Proven ability to develop and grow your team
• Drive to smash targets with your team
