As Head Chef at All Bar One Edinburgh Airport you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more

- Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
- Be driven to smash targets with your team.
- Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
- Work with a branded menu.
- Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Kaspar started his level 2 apprenticeship as an unexperienced team member. From the start he was highly motivated and wanting to learn as much as he could. This was evidenced when halfway through programme, when he was promoted to Supervisor through his development and progression shown. He is now completing level 3 and is actively working towards the Assistant Manager role
