Situated in Castleton for hundreds of years, the Castle is steeped in local legends.  An integral part of the local community, we were also a stop-off point for the Wellington Express coach, which travelled between Manchester and Sheffield in the 1800's, now a stop of guests wanting to soak up the view in an exceptional garden and enjoy our fab menu. 

The is a great hotel as part of our Innkeepers Collection that is being refurbished in September 2021.

Train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation
• Always conform to health and hygiene regulations
• Be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards
• Oversee food ordering
• Food preparation
• Delivery of operations
• Manage a team
• Stock control
