As Head Chef at the Swan you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 8 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.

Join us at Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs where muddy boots and paws are welcome. You’ll find roaring log fires, traditional food and a cosy atmosphere. If you want to be part of the Inn crowd, we want to hear from you.

This opportunity comes with the added benefit of onsite accommodation comprising of a bedsit /studio .

  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
  • Be driven to smash targets with your team.
  • Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
  • Work with a branded menu.
  • Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
