We have a 9-month FTC opportunity within our award-winning People Services Team, embedded in our first line support teams, offering expert advice and recommendations. Working in our Birmingham city centre head office, this is a perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to demonstrate they can make an impact and affect change in the way we support our business. This role is an interesting mix of maintaining and developing our support services as well as using data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
This is an office based role, working out of our Birmingham City Centre Head office.

The Opportunity – People Service’s Analyst
- Offering expert and timely support to our advisors and Team Leads in the People Services department.
- Leading change projects based on findings relating to our systems and query data.
- Improving our digital offer on Connect, ServiceNow and knowledge bases.
- Supporting our business through affective coaching and problem solving using high support, high challenge techniques.
- Delivering cross function projects at pace as a lead.
- Delivering expert advice and recommendation based on Accommodation data.
What you’ll need to bring to the People Services Analyst role:
- Ability to work independently and lead projects keeping key stakeholder engaged and motivated.
- Experience in a HR, Payroll and Business Operations environment.
- A robust working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- A passion for delivering a great service
- To be highly motivated and organised, with the ability to pro-actively problem solve
- Proven experience working well in a collaborative environment
- Proficient in data analysis, including identifying patterns, validating data accuracy, and making recommendations.
- Ability to present findings in both a verbal and report format.
- Strong communication skills
The following is desirable but not essential:
- Experience of using SAP HR and Payroll
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- A CIPD/CIPP Qualification or equivalent
