Following successful internal team development, we have a great opportunity within our Agile Delivery team for a Business Analyst, looking to join our wider Business Change & Technology department on a permanent basis.
Join us at Mitchells & Butlers, the heart of hospitality. With over 1,600 sites we’re the home of some of the nation’s favourite restaurants, bustling bars, cosy country pubs and the local you didn’t know we owned. If you’re as passionate about hospitality as we are, we want to hear from you!
Working in partnership with a wider team of internal Business Analysts and Business Process Design Managers, as Business Analyst, will be responsible for gathering project requirements and mapping business processes across an exciting and diverse portfolio of hospitality focused projects and workstreams. Acting as the custodian and subject matter expert, you will be the main point of contact for all business process or technical work that impacts on your areas of delivery. You will actively build your market & sector knowledge to gain a greater understanding of industry best practice, whilst identifying and influencing potential improvements to processes that are relevant to our organisation.
Working within our Birmingham City Centre Retail Support Centre, in an office flexible role, you’ll be part of our award-winning IT Department and reporting into our Lead Business Analyst.
