As Evaluation & Performance Manager you will be responsible for creating and developing a suite of talent and learning analytics, as well as managing, maintaining and interrogating the evaluation platforms. Working in this mobile role, you’ll be part of the Culinary Education Team, reporting to the Head of Culinary Education.

What will I be doing as Evaluation & Performance Manager …?
· Work with stakeholders to align operational metrics to all learning and talent activity.
· Ensure all talent interventions have appropriate and relevant data insights with which to provide an accurate view of performance.
· To regularly monitor business performance KPIs, and with the Heads of Learning & Talent, work to find opportunities to improve standards and consistency at the Front Line.
· Use business performance data to provide detailed analysis of the impact activity has had on quality, cost control, safety, and sales.
· Work with functional stakeholders to provide Divisional Directors with periodic reports on programme and team performance.
· To ensure a range of appropriate methods are used to assess and evaluate the results of training interventions and learning transfer.
What do I need as Evaluation & Performance Manager …?

· A problem solver – capable of dissecting a complicated problem and evaluating it systematically and logically
· Experience in building reportage suites using existing data sources.
· An excellent communicator – who can condense complex information into an actionable result and can communicate this effectively to a range of audiences
· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Experience in an analytical data related role
Working as Evaluation & Performance Manager, you may not be serving our guests directly, but your support will put smiles on our guests and teams faces.
