An extremely rare vacancy has arisen as a General Manager with Miller & Carter in Scotland. Miller & Carter Newton Mearns has been trading strongly within our Brand for a little over 5 years and has gone from strength to strength with current weekly sales around £50,000 and special event sales exceeding £80,000 per week demonstrating an excellent following amongst the Glasgow folk.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a strong track record of running a volume food business, the ability to motivate & manage a large team, a passion for food and a hunger to succeed.
