When you become a General Manager in Training, you’ll learn how to build a business to be proud of the 'Mitchells & Butlers' way. You will help to grow your team and smash your targets. You’ll be ready to go in no time. Most of our General Managers in Training are behind the bar of their own business within 6 months.
As a General Manager in Training, you’ll need to be geographically flexible to travel around the district, be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
