This job has passed its sell-by date. All good things must come to an end! Why not dip into one of the following...
Due to continued success and business growth, we have a great opportunity for two Project Managers, both on a 6-month FTC basis. With over 1,600 sites we’re the home of some of the nation’s favourite restaurants, bustling bars, cosy country pubs and the local you didn’t know we owned. We have been working in the background, post pandemic to make sure we come back stronger than ever, so if you’re looking to combine your love of food, with your love of seeing a project through then look no further.
As Project Managers you will be joining the Portfolio Delivery team within our Business Change & Technology function delivering in an Office Flexible role from our Retail Support Centre in Birmingham City Centre. At the forefront of technical innovation, with some extremely exciting projects already underway and on the horizon, now is a great time to join and hit the floor running.
As you can imagine, the pandemic froze our project delivery agenda, but we’re overjoyed to say we’re back and up running! Temporarily expanding our well-established Project Management team will help us deliver to a combination of pre-invested and re-launched projects, along with recently approved exciting new projects, offering a great opportunity to work across a blend of the two.
As a strong, exceptional, and experienced Project Manager you will concurrently manage a variety of IT projects, delivering within time and cost measures, and to a high-class quality. We are looking for Project Managers that have demonstrable experience of delivering at pace in new organisations and are comfortable doing so. This role will typically suit someone who is used to working in short term delivery roles where experience means that minimal time to settle into a new business and work to a new delivery framework is required.

· Some great project delivery to add to your CV!
· Love eating out? You'll love it even more with a massive 33% discount across all our brands, so whether its date night at Miller & Carter or family roast at Toby Carvery we’ve got you covered

· Never a dull moment - fun, laughs and lifelong friends!
On top of all this, we offer; a pension, 26 days paid holiday, high-street shopping discounts, an online wellbeing hub; and we even give you free shares!
What will I be doing?
· Playing a key role in delivering successfully by supporting and delivering utilising the M&B project management methodology, ensuring the agreed level of project governance is adhered to
· Leading the implementation of projects in BC&T – delivering at all stages of a typical project lifecycle
· Partnering and working with an adaptable approach that meets the requirements of a selection of smaller projects. For example, an ability to work in the business analysis space and liaise directly between stakeholders, third parties and technical teams to ensure that business requests are translated into a format that allows them to configure a solution from idea to business as usual
· Assisting in assessing the business benefit, supporting prioritisation, and accurately costing the requirements as part of the assessment of all new initiatives
· Supporting project handover to support teams as required
What do I need?
· 5-8 years’ (minimum) experience delivering as an IT Project Manager
