We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Partner to join our City Division people team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for building retail capability to deliver an exceptional guest experience by facilitating face to face and online training workshops as well as Brand interventions as set out in the Brand people plan.
Working in a mobile role, you’ll be part of our City Division supporting our Nicholson’s Brand reporting into the Talent & Training Partner, working on Brand objectives and City wide initiatives.

What will I be doing…?
• Working as part of a high performing collaborative team, who likes to celebrate their successes and enjoy their work – you will bring your personality and fresh ideas to work every day.
• Supporting the design and delivery of workshops and training materials to support the Brand or Company.
• Developing and delivering Brand Training interventions agreed as part of the Brand people planning process, to include Menu & Drinks Training
• Building and maintaining strong internal networks within the brand, Division and RSC Support functions
• Engaging the District Trainer population to ensure awareness, understanding and best practice use of Learning Journeys to fully embed MABLE, STAR and Online Workshops across the business.
• Developing the capability of District Trainers through Induction, Development, Shadowing, Coaching and ensuring that they have a ‘living’ Personal Workout Plan.
• Evaluating effectiveness of the Divisional specific learning interventions via participant feedback, behaviour & business results
What do I need…?

• Training experience, with a proven track record of delivering face to face training programmes
• An expert level of knowledge of Learning Journeys, Career Pathway and STAR
• To be passionate and really care about People Development and Guest Service
• To have strong Coaching Skills and desire to see people be the best version of themselves.
• A high level of interpersonal skills and be a confident communicator, both verbally and written -with the ability to influence key stakeholders
