This is a unique opportunity to run a premium, prestige, flagship site within the Miller & Carter brand. Our business is located within the Royal Marriott Hotel in Bristol City Centre, which is itself going through a remodel alongside our own remodel, planned for January 2027. This business operates a unique & diverse business model, providing the breakfast operation for the hotel, a 6am - midnight room service operation to 250 rooms as well as Afternoon Tea to both hotel and restaurant guests. This business also operates a premium bar operation which attracts restaurant guests, tourists & theatre goers as well as both hotel and corporate guests.
