An exciting opportunity has arisen for within our Award Winning IT Team for an IT Asset & Configuration Manager to join on a permanent basis. Working in our Birmingham city centre head office in an office flexible role, you will be responsible for fully understanding and complying with the Mitchells & Butlers Configuration Management Methodologies and Processes.

What will I be doing?
· Executing and maintaining the CMDB Processes and ensuring that they operate within the defined and agreed Mitchells & Butlers SLA’s
· Ensuring that CI’s (Retail and Corporate) are configured and maintained in ServiceNow
· Responsible for the Corporate and Retail IT Hardware Asset Database and the data contained within
· Managing and providing guidance for maintaining Configuration Items to support an effective Change process in accordance with the agreed timelines for both BAU and Project work
· Acting as an initial point of contact for change activities in the absence of the Change Manager
What do I need?
Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll need...
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Configuration \ Asset Management role, ability to demonstrate a leading ITIL CI function in a fast-paced IT operations environment
· A minimum of 1 years’ experience administering ServiceNow
· Proven ability to run Configuration and Asset management ensuring integration of internal resources and vendors
· Experience of CI and Asset management in a wide range of current IT technologies including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, EPOS, Workforce and Stock Management Systems, and SD WANs
· An understanding of IT Change Management and its principles
