Entry Criteria - To apply you'll need: 

• To have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree. 

• ABB at A Level (or equivalent qualifications). 

• A full UK driving licence. 

• Flexibility to travel across the UK (placement dependant), with a regular requirement to attend our Retail Support Centre in Birmingham. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Birmingham office to be able to attend regularly as required. Relocation will be considered, though applicants must be committed to this.

Our Marketing Graduate Scheme is designed for graduates who want more than a typical first job. It’s an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of Marketing, giving you a broad understanding of the function before deciding where you want to build your career. Marketing Graduate Scheme Overview 

Our 12-month graduate programme is designed to fast-track your development into your first Marketing role. 

You'll gain experience across several specialist Marketing teams, building broad commercial knowledge while developing the skills and confidence needed to become a future Marketing leader. 

Every placement has real purpose. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, work alongside experienced Marketing professionals and gain exposure to different parts of our business. 

Your placements include: 

Induction (Week 1) 

• Pub, Bar or Restaurant placement (Weeks 2–3) 

• Central Marketing or Marketing Innovation Team Placements (Month 2 - 4) 

• Brand Marketing Placement (Months 5 - 8) 

• Development focused Marketing Placement (Month 9 - 12) 

This variety is one of the things that makes our scheme unique. You'll experience multiple brands, different business functions and a breadth of opportunities that few graduate schemes can offer.

As the programme is offered on a fixed-term contract, we’ll support you in thinking about your next step throughout your time with us. Where permanent Marketing opportunities become available, you’ll be encouraged to start applying for roles that are right for you, with the aim of securing a permanent position and continuing your career with Mitchells & Butlers.
