When you join our undergraduate placement scheme you will become a future leader. Following an initial training and induction period, you’ll become a Shift Supervisor supporting the running of one of our businesses.

• Be a champion of brand standards
• Support the management team in the day to day running of the business
• Guide the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back
• Be the role model and guide training and development within the team
