In this blog, we get to know members of our Premium Country Pubs teams. Shift supervisor Kelsey, Team Member Beth and Assistant Manager Mitchell who will be sharing with you their experiences of being a part of the Premium Country Pub family.
Meet the Premium Country Pubs family
Mitchell, Assistant Manager
Mitchell joined Premium Country Pubs in 2019 with experience in hotel, banqueting and restaurant management. As an Assistant Manager Mitchell most enjoys speaking to the customers and learning more about drink products. Mitchell’s advice for those considering a role as an Assistant Manager at Mitchells & Butlers is to enjoy every day and remember the basics in tough moments.
Kelsey, Shift Supervisor
Kelsey joined Premium Country Pubs in 2017 with experience of working as a waitress in a dessert shop. From the start, she was highly motivated and keen to learn as much as she could, cross-training across the bar and waitressing. Kelsey’s potential was clear from the start, and she has since had two promotions, progressing to team coach and into her current role as a shift supervisor. Kelsey states the best thing about her job is the responsibility and ensuring guests and the team are happy.
Beth, Team Member
Beth joined Premium Country Pubs in 2020 with experience working as Cabin Crew. As a team member, Beth most enjoys working with her teammates and believes her role as a team member is fun and fast-paced!
