Fire up your Career: Kitchen life at Sizzling Pub & Grill
If you love the smell of freshly grilled food and the buzz of a kitchen that never stops, you’re in the right place.
At Sizzling Pub & Grill, the heart of the action is right behind the pass, where great food, great people, and great careers come together.
From flipping burgers, firing up the grill, to plating up pub classics with pride, there’s something exciting about being part of the kitchen team here.
It’s fast, fun, and full of flavour, and we’re always on the lookout for people with a passion for food and a hunger to learn.
So, what’s it really like to work in a Sizzling kitchen? Let’s take a look behind the scenes…
What’s it like working in a Sizzling Pub & Grill kitchen?
In one word? Lively. The kitchen at Sizzling is where the magic happens, and we’re not just talking about the food. It’s where the team vibes are strong, the energy’s high, and no two shifts are ever the same.
You’ll be right in the middle of the action, whether you’re prepping the day’s dishes, keeping the grill fired up, or making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen looks spot on. It’s fast-paced (because hungry guests don’t like to wait), but it’s also full of laughs, teamwork, and that satisfying buzz you only get when you’re smashing a busy service together.
There’s no standing around watching; everyone mucks in, supports each other, and gets stuck into making every meal count. And when it’s all hands on deck, that’s when the kitchen crew shines.
If you like working with people, staying busy, and being part of a tight-knit team, you’ll feel right at home here.
What kitchen roles can you step into and grow from?
At Sizzling, there’s more to kitchen life than just serving sizzling skillets (although we do love a good burger). You could be brand new to the scene or already know your way around a grill; whatever the case, there’s a role with your name on it.
