With our award-winning programme, you’ll dive straight into a bustling kitchen environment where every day is a new culinary adventure.

As an Apprentice, you’ll get hands-on experience preparing and cooking a range of dishes, ensuring every plate is picture-perfect, and keeping your workspace spotless.

You’ll be supported by our skilled kitchen teams and a dedicated Regional Trainer, all while working towards a Level 2 Hospitality Food Production Apprenticeship. Ready to cook up a career with us?

What are the duties of an Apprentice Chef?

As an Apprentice Chef, we will help you master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors!

You'll thrive off the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced kitchen, with the support of a close-knit team, because it's the people that make it all worthwhile.

As an Apprentice Chef, here’s what you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Keep the kitchen spotless - maintain a clean and organised kitchen so everything’s in tip-top shape for you and your team.
  • Prepare like a pro - prepare everything before the rush hits, so you’re all set for a smooth, busy shift.
  • Cook to spec - follow recipes and cooking specs precisely to ensure every dish is perfect everytime.
